This is how a small team uses AI without losing control

A concrete way of working for information search, first draft and quality control in a small company.

A small team doesn't need to start with a big AI platform. A better first step is to choose a recurring task with a clear basis, for example summarizing customer interviews or creating a first draft of a campaign.

The team should decide what the AI tool is allowed to do, what materials it is allowed to use, and who approves the end result. Then the working method becomes easier to repeat and improve.

Don't just measure how fast the first draft comes. Also track how much time is required for checking, rewriting and correcting.
